Who’s That? is designed for teachers who need a simple tool to learn student names. I respect your privacy, your students’ privacy, and your data. This app does not track you, sell your data, or send anything to external servers.
Information the App Collects
The app stores:

  • Student names

  • Optional student details (grade, homeroom, notes)

  • Student photos you import

  • Your custom class lists

All data is stored locally on your device only.
Nothing is uploaded, transmitted, or shared with anyone.
How the Data Is Used
Your data is used solely inside the app:

  • To display student information

  • To run quizzes

  • To help you review names and match faces

That’s it. No analytics, no ads, no tracking.
Data Storage & Security
All information remains on your device.
If you delete the app, your data is deleted automatically as part of iOS app removal.
The app does not:

  • Use external databases

  • Sync with cloud servers

  • Share student photos

  • Transmit personal information

Children’s Privacy
Teachers use this app to learn names.
No student should directly interact with the app.
The app does not collect personal information from children.
Third-Party Services
The app uses no third-party services besides Apple-built frameworks required for iOS apps to function.
User Control
You can:

  • Delete any student record

  • Reset all data

  • Remove the app entirely (which removes all stored data)

Changes to This Policy
If this policy ever changes, I’ll update this page and the app listing.
